"Came Out Exactly Right"
I ordered a custom plate and the wording came out exactly how I typed it. I was a little worried there might be weird spacing or a typo, but nope, it looked perfect 😊 Happy with how it turned out.

"Used to be quicker, but it got handled"
I emailed myplates with a question about my order, and while they did eventually get back to me, it took a couple of days. I feel like their response time used to be a bit better, especially for something simple. The reply was polite and answered what I needed, so I can’t really complain too much. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t exactly impressive either. In the end, it got sorted...

The processing was quick, I got updates without having to constantly check, and everything went through smoothly. No real issues or long waiting around. Simple overall, and I’d use it again...

I usually stick with my go-to brand for plates, so I was a little unsure about trying these. But the quality is really good. They feel sturdy, look nice, and don’t seem cheap at all. I’m still loyal to my usual brand, but these definitely made me reconsider a bit.

"Bad Timing Made It More Frustrating"
I had an issue with my order, and of course it happened at the worst possible time. It took a little while to get everything sorted, which was annoying while I was waiting. To be fair, support did get back to me and fixed the problem in the end, so it wasn’t a total mess—just bad timing that made it feel more frustrating than it probably needed to be...

I was actually kind of surprised by the design selection on myplates.com, like, there were more options than I expected going in. A few of the styles did feel a little too similar to each other, to be honest, but I still found one I liked quickly. The site was easy enough to browse and, yeah, overall it was a smooth experience. "They helped me out eventually"
Customer service was nice, and to be fair, they did try to help with my plate order. They answered my questions, so it’s not like they ignored me or anything, but the replies weren’t exactly quick. I did get everything sorted in the end, I just had to wait longer than I thought I would. Overall, it was okay, not terrible by any means, just not amazing either.
